ABOUT MY WORK
My research focuses on knowledge management in organizations, the implementation of information systems, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), and the improvement of business performance, as well as digital workplace environments and the future of work.
I am the Co-Editor of the book “Managing Human and Artificial Knowledge: New Horizons in AI-Supported Knowledge Management” (Springer Nature), published in the series Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning. Additionally, I coordinate AI-related activities across research, teaching, and administration within the Department of Management and serve as a member of the BIU Senior Researchers Forum on AI Policy in Academia.
