ABOUT MY WORK
My lab develops and applies computational tools to study molecular changes that drive cancer and explore how these create new therapeutic opportunities. Using bioinformatics and machine learning approaches, we analyze large datasets from cancer patients to characterize cancer’s complex molecular landscape, build predictors of patient outcome and develop methods to guide personalized medicine and immunotherapy. The lab has a special interest in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and other blood cancers.
